Here we are waiting for the Ptown Carnival Parade 2008. This year is a Western theme, thus the matching cowboy scarves. Toby didn't mind the scarf or the beads, can't wait to get him a sweater for the Fall. He did get a little nervous with all the people, but, he sat himself between Ron's feet where he seemed to feel secure.
